2010/2011 SEASON FIRST MEETING

Tues 3rd August 8.30 pm Start. We want all applications and deposits A.S.A.P.
2010/2011 WINTER SEASON STARTS Sun 5th Sept.
First 4 weeks of fixtures will be up by the weekend.
Make sure you are affilliated and those responsible have your C.R.B. Forms done.
And finally dont leave your registration forms untill the last minute.
New teams we will be a little patient.
FIX TIMES will change as soon as this weeks games have gone and I find out how many pitches are on the N.A.C.
We have only a few teams in the un 11,s and 12,s and if we dont have enough sides maybe we would join up and play 11 aside as a under 12 division.
We have a few un 6 year old teams that want to play friendlies.
We will make pitches availlable for these teams on a Sunday morning.

Un 17,s we are going to join the Merseyside and Halewood as we both have about 7 teams . This would make a great division and we can sort the fixtures out to play home and away.
We hope our teams will turn and discuss these matters after the A.G.M.

WE have been advertising on our web site for months now as well as in the Crosby Herald and Liverpool Echo. We will carry on advertising untill these divisions fill up.
We need anyone who will take our web site forward filling in scores etc.
We paid a lot for our web site and we need to use it.
Strict rules over registrations and producing your team photo's.
Forming a new organisation is not illegal the problem is it will catch on.
We will have the Best insurance we can afford.
We will be still playing on our council pitches. ( nothing will change except your clubs bank balance )
All teams and referee's will be affiliated to the new league.
THE MERSEYSIDE INDEPENDENT JUNIOR FOOTBALL LEAGUE. Has now recieved its official registration Feb 4th.
Dont let the bullies in the F.A. scare you. Our league will contest with legal advice any threats that these dictaters try to worry you with.
We will stop the stupid big heavy fines and bans,.We will reduce the shamefull amount of costs that is charged to our children and we will listen as always to any problems or good idea's that are put forward.

We have spent a few bob on our site and as you know when the score is put in the site forms its own league table. I have asked the designer to try sorting this out and so every so often the scores may have to be deleted. IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS PLEASE CONTACT THE COUNTY F.A.

ALL MANAGERS ARE REMINDED. if a team goes 3 goals behind then that team can bring on an extra player. If the score is reduced then they must take him off. If a team goes 6 in front then bring on another player. We hope all age groups would do the same.
UNTILL THE NEXT MEETING IN TOP OF THE TABLE CLASHES 3 GOAL RULE, Managers have asked to clarify some games, as often( top of the table clashes ) a goal to a top side can really change a game . So we say both managers must agree BEFORE the game starts if they are for or against using the rule..

UNDER 14'S NORTHFIELD WILL PLAY AT AUGUSTIN PARK 9.30 kick off
UNDER 15'S NORTHFIELD WILL PLAY AT AUGUSTINE PARK 11.00 kick off
UNDER 16'S Aintree Celtic and Forefield Lions will play at Litherland Sports Pk both 9.30 am Kick Off.
So if you are playing any of these teams its at the venues above.
GT Crosby will play at Brookvale 10.45. K.O.
ALL Junior clubs must have a named welfare officer who will require a F.A. CRB check or an application that is in progress as a minimum before they can affiliate for the 2008/2009 season.
Person who are completing the CRB forms must bring with them, 3 of the following.
Birth Certificate, Driving License,Passport, P45,P60, National insurance no.CANCELLATIONS FOR FIXTURES. will only be accepted if the children are away with the school.
A letter must be recieved by the league saecretary 7 days before the fixture.
All those teams that used excuses this year, go join another league.
GOAL DIFFERENCE, does not count in our league . If the clubs are level on points we will have a play off.

Next season we will have a Saturday and Sunday under 11's divisions which will be 9 A-SIDE.

Our league have agreed a subsidized rate to allow you send a text message to mobile phones from a PC without having to download expensive software. Furthermore it is accountable so the expense can be covered once allowing muliple users to access the system. I have started with the un 16's and done matches to start on Wed 29th August and then every Sun until finished.
All midweek 11-aside will be played on a Wed 6.00 and 7.00 K.O. and to make sure we get the games in they will be 30 min E.W.
On the Sunday of course you will play your full time quota.
Over the next few days I will complete all the fix so dont panic.
The un 11's and 13's will be at Brookvale and also Crosby St Yth 16s (Alan Essery is our steward) will always play at Brookvale.
UN 7's and 8's always Sat/Sun at the N.A.C
UN 9's will always be at Litherland Sports Park Sat/ Sun but midweek Un 9s Sat will play their midweek game on a Tues at the N.A.C. and the 9's Sun will play their midweek game on the Thurs at the N.A.C.
All K.O.TIMES ARE ALONGSIDE YOUR FIXTURES.
As the un 10's have already played their comp I will sort out friendlies for SAT/SUN mornings .
UN 12s will always be 9.15 K.O. at Buckly Hill, The first 3 fix in the un 14's will also be 9.15 K.O.
The last 3 fix for un14's and all the un15s will be the second K.O.10.30ish.

Polite notice:
Can all players take care where you take the mud off your footy boots. Some of the residents around our grounds have complained to us asking if we can give them a bit of consideration. When we leave there is mud all over the paths by their houses making it unpleasant for them. They put up with our cars on match days so lets not abuse our neighbours when we leave. Thanks in advance.

Match Day Photographs
It is very important that photographs are made available when requested.
Failure to present photographs when requested WILL result in points being deducted.
This is a STRICT REQUIREMENT of all teams and abuse of the system will NOT be tolerated.
Regular monitoring will continue to take place by representatives of the league.
