RESPECT

Click onto the link below to see what a fantastic message this video sends out, do you have one of these at your club? You will probably recogognise and identify someone with this. Make sure its not you or if it is, its not too late to turn over a new leaf.

Click here to see Ray Winston's videos Respect your players, managers, parents and family, the opposition and of course our referees without whom we don't have a football match. Would you step into the middle and take abuse? ... Really? Why should they?

Attitudes must change to our football experience! Shouting at referees, shouting instructions over the manager/coach, standing on the pitch denying the kids spacial awareness and managers running on to help an injured player without so much as a bottle of cold water to squirt on to a painful injury. Think about how we should all respect each other in what ever element you take part in football be it a player, manager, referee or spectator. We all heard about the unfortunate circumstances at a Blackpool footy tournament recently so lets learn from it instead of pointing fingers. You people reading this are the ones that can shape our football at a junior level.

REMEMBER THAT YOU MUST ALL EXCHANGE TEAM REGISTRATION SHEETS BEFORE THE MATCH BEGINS. FAILURE MAY RESULT IN A POINTS DEDUCTION. THIS IS TO GIVE YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENSURE THAT YOUR OPPOSITIONĀ ARE NOT FIELDING INELIGIBLE PLAYERS. WE SAW TOO MUCH OF THIS LAST SEASON AND WE'RE SURE THAT YOU TOO WANT TO SEE IT STAMPED OUT.
